- They argue that learners are often so focused on their wardrobe that it distracts them from their school work.
- However, there is no data to prove that uniforms are conductive to learning and can improve student performance.
- We already know that learners who are forced to wear uniforms will find other ways to express themselves, possibly through the inappropriate use of make-up, piercings or jewellery.
- Schools spend a lot of time and energy on getting learners to wear their uniforms properly.
- Untucked shirts, loosened ties, missing belts, unbuttoned blazers and other infringements keep teachers very busy enforcing a uniform dress code.

THE IB INTERNAL ASSESSMENT INDIVIDUAL ORAL

                                                                                                                Felipe Sánchez Y. III°A

                                       HOMEWORK EXERCISE

The main idea of this post is to express that television has so much influence, that is able to control the attitudes of a child, as his mind is very fragile and easy to manipulate, so here is the effects that television would in this small, so this is influenced, since their mentality is so young and innocent, her mind mimics what television shows.

Both fragments are accurate; however, the first fragment has a great relationship with the ad displayed:

1       Children will watch anything, and when a broadcaster uses crime and violence and other shoddy devices to monopolize a child’s attention, it’s worse than taking candy from a baby. It is taking precious time from the process of growing up. — Newton Minow

Because if the television, captures the attention of the child, this will be surprised to see so much, he does not know if this is right or wrong, the crime or murder, all these images are shocking to the mind of this child, so imitate his mind, and will not know if that will be good or bad, for what is said to do that is like taking candy from a baby, but of course, since we are taking away their innocence, their freedom, their childhood to project these crude images to a child who is in early development.

The ideas that predominate this image are: the lack of innocence, and the misuse of the media because the media, should not show and give account of terrible things on television, right on schedule where children are present, so that these do a meddling, removing what these are, and showing them a reality aggressive, taking away their childhood innocence, controlling his mind frail and weak.

Finally, the television, clearly made children to act in an aggressive manner, but this is no fault of the parents, but the television, not only for its animated content, but that content flows while appear and encounter other programs, which are not suitable for them, so that it impacts and is influenced in children, being that we believe are cartoons, when in fact we have seen to become so violent.
